Judge denies request to access administration building

WINDOW ROCK — A request Wednesday by the Navajo Nation Department of Justice on behalf of the Incident Management Team to access documents from Administration Building 1 —closed because of allegations of black mold — was denied Friday by District Court Judge Carol Perry.
